Invoicing and Billing Your Pest Control Customers
ServSuite pest control invoicing software adds a high level of detail to your reporting. There are several methods for billing developed into ServSuite, providing you with the flexibility required in today’s market. The system provides you with the ability to customize every billing account to match your customer’s needs. In addition, the back-end database structure and design of our accounting system will allow you and your staff to quickly retrieve information from the application.


Automated Renewals: Customize Your Pest Control Company's Servicing Plan Automatically
ServicePro™ has taken the renewal system a step further. Most programs will allow you to generate your renewal letters through an expiration date, but ServSuite pest control invoicing software ties it together with a full servicing plan. This ensures that all of your annual customer renewal contracts will be automatically generated, therefore giving you the management information needed. Your customers receive a letter with a perforated stub at the bottom to tear off and mail in with their payment. The letter will have a paragraph area that can be customized per notice with an expiration date and renewal amount.

Collections Feature for Your Pest Control Business
Accounts Receivable Tracking (AR Tracking) allows you to manage all past due accounts. Once you run a report, and see accounts that are past due on their payments you can start using the Collections feature. The Collections feature is used to find accounts with unbalanced payments. ServSuite pest control software has two ways of pulling accounts to see if they qualify for collections, Collection Traditional and Collection New Utility. In Collection Traditional you can search by entering criteria such as the minimum age of your oldest invoice, or minimum account balance. You may also have a preview of the list of accounts that have already been marked as sent to Collections. You can send an account to Collections through the Account Edit screen.
Once you get the search results you can print Collection Letters or Send Email. The content of the Collection Letter will depend on the oldest invoice for that account and will follow the setup that was meant for an invoice of that age. Same goes for the Email option. Collection New Utility works the same way, and with it, you can go to the account you need by clicking on the account number. It also keeps a record of all the calls made to a customer in order to complete collections.
